1. Should the government should prohibit gun ownership by private citizens?
No.  The right to self defense against the state is a human right that should not be infringed.

2. Should Marijuana should be legalized?
Yes, especially since much deadlier substances like alcohol and tobacco are legal.

3. Should the death penalty be abolished?
Yes, not only is it immoral but it isn't as effective of a deterrent as its advocates claim.

4. Should the government control, regulate, and ban video games, including banning video game sales to teens?
No, parents should be wise enough to regulate the video games their kids play.

5. Should we pull our troops out of Afghanistan?
As soon as possible.

6. Should abortion be legal or illegal?
Pro life Federalist: a nationwide ban would be too drastic.  Prefer the overturning of Roe vs. Wade and make abortion a State's Rights issue.  At the state level: Pro-Illegal, unless the life of the mother is in danger.

7. Should stem cell research be legal?
Yes.  Scientific research is important.

8. Should criminals who sexually assault and/or rape children under the age of 13 be killed, castrated, chemically castrated, or simply imprisoned and registered as a sex offender?

If it is a function of the police department it should go directly to the funding of the police department.

No, there is the possibility that someone who didn't break the law would get pulled over and ticketed.

Nobody is given rights, everybody is born free.  It is the State which taketh their rights away.  Get the government out of regulating what defines a relationship.  The government shouldn't play God.  But if the government is playing God might as well give these people equal rights.

See #15.  Again the idea that government should be in the business of deciding the validity of one's relationship is immoral.  But as long as it is happening I would prefer gays to have the same relationship rights as straights.

It sounds tempting, but it would probably be terrible inefficient.  I mean an internet provider for 300 million+ people?

If thirteen year olds have to survive seventh grade they have earned the right to be called men and women.

Yes, to not let them exist would be a violation of the free market principles I so vehemently support.

No, especially since it is because of government and military interventionism why such genocides, civil wars, and other atrocities happening around the world are possible.

Yes, but only for ethical purposes like the reproduction of crops and fresh water.  Human cloning is a no-no.
