For this first round you must vote for one Secretary of Defense to eliminate and you have 24 hours to cast a vote.  Voting for the round begins NOW (7:20 pm) and ends at 7:20 pm tomorrow night.

BTW, just to keep things simple a vote for Rumsfeld counts as a vote for both his terms as SOD since this is about eliminating who you believe was the worst, not which time periods were the worst.
