Oh, God.  Lewis, Jas, et al.  We need to give people another dose of Loonyism, before people start proposing more bills along these lines.

Now, if it was a requirement for a salad bar and an industrial sized Pez dispenser, it would be a different story.

I think this is more a regional and local responsibility personally. Besides, a poorer school might not be able to afford it.
