Can someone explain to me which poll says that this race is a dead heat? (50/50)

Early on in the Public Poll created by ReaganFan it was a dead heat. Then it became 11-6 ReaganFan believes people voted in the poll who shouldn't have.

Ah, I see. Well wouldn't it be logical to compare the current composition of the Region with the candidates, that way it would be clear who's likely to vote for whom.

Ah, I see, perhaps it would be best if someone just looked at the political affiliation of the census and see what's most likely true.
