I know much has been made about the fact that Trump can't pardon himself or get a pre-emptive pardon in GA making this the toughest one to squeeze out of yet; but realistically what happens if he wins the election and this trial is still pending? There was a similar thread about the NY charges but I have to think the political pressure for the state to drop the case would be enormous.

What might be the reasons for NOT indicting them?

Just from more of a layperson, court of public opinion POV, indicting a sitting senator along with 2 former senators kind of adds fuel to the politically motivated charges fire (not saying that's my personal opinion just a thought) I can easily imagine most congressional republicans rallying hard around the flag if Perdue and Graham are indicted; if Fani's goal is to get Trump, keeping him more isolated from the party adds to that vs taking on all of the GOP in the court of public opinion.
