Basically, this ensures that free trade agreements we pass are actually agreements. If Iceland suddenly went on a protectionist spree and cut off free trade with us, it would allow the SoEA to return the favor, pending approval of the action by the Senate.

I am in 100% favor of this bill. This should be passed unanimously. I will not preference anyone who votes Nay.
