A must-read: Christopher Hitchens' superb analysis of the "Tea Party"

Like a lot of people, I've been looking forward to the inevitable article on Glenn Beck et al from the great (and tragically ill) Christopher Hitchens for ages, and it's finally arrived. It is, as always, right on the money, and it's not exactly complimentary.

So, what say you, Atlas? Even if you disagree with the article, it's a great read, at least.

Hitchens does not look good (obviously, and obviously is in big trouble health wise).  Cancer is a terrible disease.

Yeah, I was saddened to see how frail he looked at that debate with Tony Blair a couple of weeks ago. Fortunately his mind is still untouched, so far.

Calling Hitchens a "moron" is one of the more absurd things I've read here in a long time.
