Relatively FF for a Republican due to his internal development from being the guy who coined the embarassing term "freedom fries" to being one of the most anti-war members of the Republican caucus who pushed for a rapid end to the Iraq War he had originally voted for. Usually politicians are too stubborn to just come out and admit they were actually flat-out wrong.
