Sanders sells out on Senate Floor

Looks like Barack Obama and Rahm Emmanuel and Chris Dodd and Ben Bernanke have succeeded once again in thwarting any attempt at oversight of the bankster criminals who destroyed the U.S. economy.

Just yesterday Sanders was saying they'd get 60 votes for the true Audit the Fed bill, despite being harassed by Rahm Emanuel. Wonder what changed?

Revised Senate Fed Audit Amendment Lacks Bite

Come on people, call up Sanders and your senators, and demand they put the Paul-Grayson language back into the bill. Don't let Rahm Emanuel and Chris Dodd (D-AIG) derail this historic chance to Audit the Fed for real!

96-0: Fed Audit Passes Senate

Sanders expects us to believe that a bill that easily passed the U.S. Senate unanimously actually does anything to really rein in the Fed? Roll Eyes

Why does Sanders have this incentive to pull the corporate wool over our eyes, exactly?  Is he a pawn too?

How should I know what Rahm and the banksters promised (or threatened to do) to Sanders?

I'm sure they threatened his reelection chances and then his family.

Ron Paul is the only politician you should trust.

Possibly. First they got Kucinich to flip-flop on Obama's corporate health insurance giveaway overnight, now they got Sanders to go from saying he'd get 60 votes for Audit the Fed to not even trying to pass it overnight.

The real Audit the Fed bill was defeated 62-37 in the Senate.

Senators in bold are bankster-puppet scum and need to be kicked to the curb by the people ASAP.

So John McCain isn't?

John McCain is in primary mode right now, so he is allowed to lie and fake his positions.
