Section A. This bill will be known as the Lincoln Solar Act

Section B. Implantation
Currently vacant land will be surveyed for the clearing and construction of solar panels in order to transition Lincoln to complete solar for use of electricity.

Section C. Bill
This law will take place effective immediately
