Everyone knows the Senate elections are staggered right now, right? There are five seats up every two month.
It would be difficult to stagger elections of non-permanent geographic districts. You could end up with one state being in two different districts at the same time. We could do something like this if people want elections every month:
June: Presidential election July: Regional Senate seats August: Governors elections September: District Senate seats October: Presidential elections etc.
I could agree to that.
