same reason there aren't a lot of white Delta blues or calypso singers

There are at least as many as white delta blues singers as there are blacks. and white blues singers? By the ton

Uh I posted another one. And Bad Brains WAY predate emo lol.

If you count Paramore as emo (which i don't aside from some songs on the first album but probably would be in the discussion here) then this band basically sounds exactly like early Paramore. (Aka it's pop punk Tongue)




Dude, emo with EXTREMELY rare exception is white as a sheet. Just own it.

Actually emo is very popular in southeast Asia.
