Not sure how the career in lobbying will work out considering nearly all the R's in Congress hate him deep down.

He's not doing this for himself, but for his scads of cronies and other Administration sycophants. Though the same problem will hold in that association with the Trump White House is presently toxic. Admittedly that will pass before long among Republicans at least.
