He didn't say one word about his plan to cope with Kyle Witt. It was rambling on about himself per usual. It came down to do nothing and will get a miracle cure with in weeks

Trump is acting , I will say presidential, but at least remotely human, which by his standards is practically statesman like.

Whoops, I spoke to soon

God all the usual subjects are out in force tonight to cheer on Trump.  Even when he's doing bad, you guys can't help it.

I’m not cheering on Trump. I loathe the man.

And I can be chicken little at times but facts are facts - Trump looks far more prepared and fairly normal this time. But yes at times he is still being “Trump” not denying that

The key word here is more. I agree that he is acting more restrained and human then in the first debates, but he was a literal raving lunatic then. He's doing better only by the standard that he hasn't completely s*** the bed.... Yet.

Am I just being a typical Atlas doomsayer in worrying that if Trump maintains his composure for possibly the only 90-minutes of his entire public life that all the MSM even beyon Fox tomorrow will be trumpeting how Trump exudes presidential demeanor tonight Trump became president, blah blah blah? And just that could provide even a tiny spark to trumps currently listless campaign?

Of course the actual story should be, Trump doesn't s*** bed, observers amazed, but the media loves a b******* horse race story

If we wanna optics or substance then shouldn’t the fact Joe’s got in all the zingers be what matters?

It's mostly about expectations. I don't think Biden is beating or falling short of those. The key is Trump is not being a raving lunatic like he's appeared as a guest on the WWF again

Oh dear, looks like Trump's well practice restraint is starting to slip and he's letting, well, his actual personality start to slip through again

Joe is fired up! Got to love it!

Also absolutely love hearing Donald Trump the populist attacking the minimum wage and family separation policy

Slow down people. I missed the statement cuz I was stopping into another room a frustration. My wife has been watching the debate entirely and yelling loudly at Trump the entire time. However, even she says that his response of saying good was apparently in response to Welker saying let's move on. He says it was right after Biden finished making his statement about the children losing their parents so it did in fact sound like that's what he was saying, but even she, again someone who's been yelling at the TV over Trump all night, says that's not what he was responding to.

Give the devil his due. Even though he is a scumbag serial rapist corrupt racist d-bag

Does Tim Scott approve of and appreciate constantly being used as a token by Trump?

It's frankly his job for the entire Republican party, not just Trump.

And frankly, reading between the lines of some of his public statements I get the impression he's not thrilled about it

To be honest, it doesn’t really matter if it was “good” or “go ahead.” The story’s already out there, damage is done.

And I will shamelessly admit that I don’t care, even though I would if it was the other way around. It’s nothing compared to the massive tons of disinformation Trump has built his entire political career on.

He said good. Pass it on.

Why does the entire world rely on America? Since we're just evil and cold hearted monsters. Why not stay in your own country and better it??? I am serious.

They're relying on us less and less as a result of the orange buffoon that you apparently support.

That's good. No one should rely on us as we should focus on our own people and they should focus on theirs. This is how it should work. do you agree?

We have a lot of problems here in America!

Like bigotry and xenophobia?

So unless you're a Native American, Karen, your ancestors once came here from somewhere else too. What if you were ancestors had decided that they should just stick to themselves and stay in the old country?

Wait, Biden just called Trump "Abraham Lincoln"??

Mocking Trump for his comment about having done more for blacks than anyone since Lincoln.

Helped reform the crimes bill that put millions of blacks in prison for decades that Biden helped craft. That is pretty important. Dontach think?

So, is Biden soft on crime, or a vicious overreaching racist lock him up type? Trump has literally argued both in the space of one sentence saying crime Bill Joe is weak on Law & Order.

Please make up your mind, because you sound utterly ridiculous

My worry is that low information swing voters will view this as a draw.  Or maybe even a Trump win.

Doubtful after his racist comments.

That's true. It's widely known in her that when Biden point it out to trump it over 500 kids have now lost their parents that Trump responded good.

Pass it on. #Notgood

I think Biden will lose the post-debate polls.

When don't you assume something like this?

Seriously dude, you're as bad as Horus.

So we need to go to war some more and blow trillions of dollars on other countries? And if I don't support that I am a karen? lol. YOu don't want to focus on America and don't want to help our people that pay the taxes here at home. Nothing racist about it!

I misunderstood. I thought you were referring to immigration rather than foreign policy. You really weren't clear.

Not sure why that would lead you to support Trump given this jackass would declare war to heartbeat if he thought it would make him look tough or if somebody insulted him.

I just rewatched it and he said “go ahead”.

Yep, definitely "go ahead". You can tell based on his intonation.

Ugh, Damn it. Biden should still run ads on it anyway

The fact that Trump's jaw-dropping assertion that he's done more for African Americans than any president with the possible exception of Lincoln as just Trump shows just How Far We've descended as a country. Leave aside the notion of whether or not Trump is racist or not (though he obviously is). The fact that someone could make such a megalomaniac statement while still sitting in the Oval Office and 45% of Americans just shrug or nod their heads in agreement is - - - mind-blowing and utterly disappointing at the same time.

Why does Trump and in some instance the public believe the stock market will do worse under Biden? Historically the stock market does about the same to slightly better under Democrats. Obama/Biden have beat Trump on near month to month basis in S&P 500 returns even before the pandemic.
