Obviously this seems targeted. This could turn into a huge story depending on the motive behind the violence.

Salas is the judge in the Epstein/Deutsche Bank case.

Ali Karimi v. Deutsche Bank et al: Class Action Complaint
Quote
Class Action Complaint alleging "the Bank failed to properly monitor customers that the Bank itself deemed to be high risk, including, among others, the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and two correspondent banks, Danske Estonia and FBME Bank, which were both the subjects of prior scandals involving financial misconduct" in Ali Karimi v. Deutsche Bank AG, of Germany; John Cryan, Christian Sewing, and James von Moltke at the U. S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

She was appointed to her current position by President Obama.

This is scary. Genuinely, downright House of Cards come to life scary.

It makes no difference to this grieving family I'm sure, but I'm nevertheless hoping it was some cartel or drug case someone is taking Revenge over. The fact that Deutsche Bank and Epstein could rise to the level of killing a federal judge is... Beyond comprehensible.

The shooter was a crackpot attorney and unhinged incel with a long, well-documented history of erratic behavior.

You would think a lawyer would be the last person to be an incel. Although I have seen some pretty  fugly and out of shape lawyers. Even then, you would think with them dealing with at least some people, they would have some game even they were really were physically deformed or have been disbarred by all the complaints of creeping people out.

Um....Thank you?
