Another thread where we can piss our pants over tiny fluctuations in his approval rating. Looking forward to it!

You have obviously been lurking here a while, but need to post much more often.  Cheesy

Trump closing gap quickly in Huffpost pollster average: http://elections.huffingtonpost.com/pollster/trump-job-approval

Anybody putting all their midterm hopes on an unpopular Trump should be worried.

Stop it, Richard.

Ignoring the fact that they have yet to include the most recent Suffolk and CNN poll.

If you haven’t put Andrew on ignore, please do! He just wants attention like his man child leader

Seriously. You don't even have to ever see their posts ever more with the new Ignore option. I'm tired of seeing people quote LimoLibel.

Had no idea. I've had him on ignore but took him off because he occasionally posts relevant stuff. But today he was super troll'y so might as well perma ignore him.

On the other hand, these are horrible numbers for Trump out of Michigan.

EPIC-MRA Feb 24-27

Underwater in Favorability 36-55
Underwater in Approval 37-60

He won Michigan.

http://wlns.com/2018/03/01/poll-most-michiganders-dont-like-trump/

Devastating for Democrats.

Well, I took limo liberal off of ignore briefly several weeks ago, and have mostly regretted it. Can someone please tell me how to put into effect the super ignore feature again?

What I find truly amazing is that Trump is able to average out >40% approval in any aggregator. Think of everything he has done, his obscene and untrustworthy character, the ongoing investigation(s) into him/his campaign. It's really something. This guy is a joke, but so many people don't care and even enjoy it, as if having a moron in office is refreshing.

I have not once heard the theory that Dems were accidentally turning GOPers out.

The Democratic voter list was hacked. As one who usually canvasses for Democrats in major elections, that was a strong suspicion.

Link to any credible reports please?

I've looked on a bunch of websites and nothing so either Limo has insider information or is lying again.

Has anyone posted this yet?

http://www.newsweek.com/men-trump-more-after-stormy-daniels-accusations-poll-shows-869601?utm_source=yahoo&utm_medium=yahoo_news&utm_campaign=rss&utm_content=/rss/yahoous/news

"Following allegations by the adult film star that she and Trump had an affair in 2006—shortly after his wife Melania gave birth to the couple’s son Barron—the president’s approval rating among men rose from 50 to 53 percent compared with last month, according to a new Harvard CAPS/Harris Poll.

But female voters are not impressed. The poll, conducted from March 27-29, showed that among women the president’s approval rating dropped from 41 percent to 35 percent, in what the poll’s co-director dubbed “the Stormy effect.”

While I think some of it could be due to other confounding variables, I find it too good to be a coincidence that there is a big gender divide in a short period of time.

One of the best post I've seen about this oh, and I think it was posted on a a d oh, it was some guys Twitter feed right after Trump made some announcement about creating a bass division of some sort in the military: I can't believe there's a president bangs pornstars and wants to create a space Army, and I still hate him.

The economy had recovered substantially by 2014 in many parts of the country and it didn't help Obama one bit.

1994 also comes heavily to mind. For that matter so do the 2000 and 2016 presidential elections.

Virginia & Co.:

Please stop whining around (if you do, you are comparable with Trump) and rather focus on the poll results.

Roll Eyes

Then put it in the megathread.

Ehhh ... no.

Didn't I make my point clear ?

Then dont expect us to talk about the poll.

OK, so then "you" remain silent and others will talk about the poll instead.

Go outside, tender. I'm sure it's a beautiful day in Austria, and lots of women around for you to creep out.

Democracy Corps (D), June 1-5, 1400 RV with a subsample of 518 in 12 "battleground states": AZ, CO, FL, GA, MI, MN, NV, NM, OH, PA, TN, WI

National:

Approve 45 (strongly 21)
Disapprove 55 (strongly 42)

Battleground states:

Approve 46 (strongly 20)
Disapprove 54 (strongly 40)

Generic Congressional ballot: National D 51, R 42 (D+9), Battleground states D 49, R 43 (D+6)

D+6 isn't too shabby for that set of states, particularly with TN in the mix.

GA too. NM is an odd inclusion though

New Mexico was likely placed there for the relatively competitive governor’s race. But even then, I do agree that it’s somewhat far-fetched to call it a battleground.

Just a reminder that this is a Democratic internal

Gallup weekly:

Approve 43 (+2)
Disapprove 52 (-4)
Cave/Russia nonsense/Theresa May bump. I can see this lasting.
