Old people of course watch TV news, but the notion that old people can have their political opinions changed by TV - or anything, really - is the truly outdated concept here.

Don't believe that for a minute. Presenting propaganda as "news" affects far more voters, who are otherwise reachable and reasonable, than you'd imagine.
