Somewhat ironic that the most corrupt administration in history is ''getting tough on crime.'' Trump has literally been sued 10,000 times for fraud.

So Sessions doesnt believe in the 10th amendment of the Constitution . It is high time for the courts to come in an declare that the feds have absolutely  no authority on this issue, and it is a power that is reserved to the states.

Um, this is a policy and procedure change on the prosecution Federal cases. This is absolutely the core definition of what the federal government has control over. There are several reasons not to like this change in policy, but the 10th Amendment is completely inapplicable.
