Childhood (Worcester, MA): Easily as Dem, definitely not as Rep, but still more possible than Suffolk or Hampden.
Current (Mecklenburg, NC): Probably as Dem, Only if you're running against a white candidate and winning in a landslide as Rep.

No, but not by an embarrassing or even unusual margin.
