could Johnson running as a Libertarian tip NM to the Republican?

"Tip" implies the GOP nominee will make this state close like 2000 and 04 again. Not impossible, but not likely either. Even then it's kind of moot overall; if NM is within a point or two then the GOP nominee is probably already over 300 EV.
