Where do people get the idea that Rand Paul is libertarian? He not only supports "right-to-work" laws, but he also supports making them mandatory nationwide.

He supports Second Amendment rights, economic freedom, and criminal justice reform.

That's not an actual policy. Well, unless you take buzzwords seriously.
