He can be a moderate and still veto this...?

Yes. There are very few prominent moderate republicans who want pot legalized. Look at Christie. Look what has happened to Seattle and Denver.

I know man, Seattle and Denver are such wastelands. ugh. I'd rather live in rural Mississippi or Jacksonville, Florida
