Putin and Orban for sure. Xi and Modi might be but I don't know enough about the modern CCP and BJP's ideological leanings to be comfortable making that call. Meloni, as I noted before, is attached to fascist aesthetics but doesn't really have a fascist agenda (for now). The others, lol.
