It's a joke. He's not being serious. He's making fun of TNvolunteer's "Angry New Hampshire women" thing.

I still have no idea what he's talking about, I must have missed that thread referencing the "Angry New Hampshire women".

Around 2/3 of his posts include a reference to angry NH women.
