Wait a minute... Do we have to rank in order of preference, or of dislike? Fab seems to have the opposite interpretation than I have. This rule is so confusing.

Shame it turned out this way, I would have wanted both to make it to the top 4. Heller definitely deserves it, being the only Republican who defied partisan gravity. But Heitkamp deserves it even more.
