Other- Their hasn't been any particular or unusual rise in "right-wing" terrorism. Van Brunn wasn't even a right winger to begin with as he was just some random nutjob.

He was a 9/11 truther whack job. He had child porn on his computer. He hated Bush, hated conservative talk show hosts and hated the left wing equally.
