Prefer a tequila sunrise myself.

BTW, is Josh really loopy?  Is it an act?

I remember my grandfather had a saying that "even a stopped clock is right twice a day,"

So far, Josh isn't meeting that low standard.

You got that right!

Anyways my view is this..

War on Drugs = Prohibition

I competely agree, the war on drugs is simply a rehash of the failed prohibition policy toward alcohol.

They had a fine program about the war on drugs last night on MSNBC. They said they may intercept about 1/10th of what comes in on a daily basis.

Sorry for up holding my Christian views. I am a low scum because I am doing that.

Since when are Christians against drinking?  Didn't your Jesus fellow turn water into wine or something?

Do you know what the wine was back then?? It was water down grape juice.

BS. It was wine. Drinking alcohol is not a sin. The sin is getting drunk. The bible supports me in that conclusion.

You guy don't even get bapized like Jesus did

I agree. The church is wrong on that. Like I've said before. I was born and raised a Catholic but I have a lot of disagreements with them. Much like your church. Salvation is gained through baptism and repenting. You don't just baptise for the heck of it.

HMM no, You gain salvation, but repenting and asking Jesus to come in your heart. When you get baptised you are showing an outward change. You can go to Heaven without getting baptised.

Nope. Re-read your bible. Salvation is gained through baptism and repenting.

The bible says one aspect of forgiveness is baptism! It's not symbolic. Your own bible teaches that. But keep believing that Baptist BS.

Mired as I am in the 'Religious Right' post, I think I'm gonna stay out of this one.

Josh is religious right. I am an independent observer.

No, I said the fact remains that being baptised is a requirement to being forgiven. And both are required to enter heaven.

Different Christian denominations differ as to this point.  It depends on what branch of the cult of Christ you follow.

The bible is plain and clear. I will let it win the debate for me.
