What you fail to realize is probably 80% of every human on this planet is of "mixed race" and in the USA I'd imagine it's way way to hard to put a number, though very high.

I think the biggest problem with such relationships is that the cultural pressures for the opposing races are quite often so great that such relationships are either very troubled or end up splitting up in the end.
