Because Trump doesn't allow anyone else to speak (instead just interrupting every candidate all the time); and he turns the whole thing into a barrage of insults and BIG statements with zero substance behind them, never once offering any kind of actual plan as to how he would get anything done.

On the contrary, the non-TRUMP candidates have probably spoken more in the last few debates. Or at least have made more memorable lines.

Presidential candidates of course don't generally win on "detailed plans"; they win on slogans, soundbites and image. Reagan's "Morning in America", Obama's "Hope and Change" etc.
