If he was going around people while contagious, that's one thing.  The article doesn't seem to say that.  But if I had COVID-19 and isolated until the quarantine period is over, whiat business is that of yours?

Because he could make others sick from COVID-19 with resulting bad consequences that include:

1. DEATH
2. organ damage
3. diabetes
4. cognitive loss
5. stillbirths
6. sexual dysfunction
