Few pollsters anticipated the late charge of Donald Trump that came just short of winning the Presidential election. 2020 was unique -- so far.

Because of COVID-19, Democrats did not canvass for votes late in the election cycle; unless there should be a "COVID-23" that will not be repeated in 2024. Canvassing might have gotten some more Democratic wins in the US Senate.

I expect more voting by mail and early voting as both were successful for Democrats. Republicans are doing everything possible to thwart such in some states. This may not be relevant in Missouri.
