Undecideds have to break 8-3 for Romney though ...

Even if they broke 8-3 for president Obama (which is more likely in that range of disfavor... if I saw Romney down by a similar level in Vermont I would suggest that the undecided would break toward Romney) President Obama would 'only' win Vermont state 65-35.

If anything, except in a general collapse of a campaign, the undecided drift ineffectively toward the eventual loser in that statewide or district.

Oklahoma is not a joke. It has the sort of politics that the GOP aspires to have nationwide.

The part about Democrats seems doubtful--OK has blacks, and Obama did much better with them in 2008. The final margin will likely be anywhere from 62% Romney (a significant improvement from 2008) to 67% Romney (good year)

Only 7% black.

There are more Native Americans than blacks.

A group which is just as Democratic as blacks.

In Oklahoma they are heavily assimilated, much in contrast to the reality in Arizona, Montana,  or South Dakota.
