I concur. He can win more of America in the GOP primaries because he can consistently win outside the South.

In the Democratic National Convention in 2012 Romney will be accused of flip-flops. Here is the supreme irony: had he run as a moderate in 2008 he might have shattered the "Blue Firewall" and won in a near-landslide similar to what Obama got in reality. America was ready for a genuine reformer even if that reformer was a Republican. In 2012 America will already have a genuine reformer who states his case very well and has a superb political organization.
He is more qualified than any other short-list Republican nominee. Unless Obama fails as President, Mitt Romney and anyone else will have a difficult time in any effort to beat him. Romney has little to offer that Obama doesn't.
