Will Romney's assault work against Santorum as it did against Gingrich?
I think this could be a lose-lose situation for Romney:
1. Romney's attack on Santorum, (who has a high approval rating) will backfire and voters will only support Santorum more.
2. Romney will focus so much on Santorum that Santorum's approval will decrease, which causes Gingrich's support to rise up silently because Romney forgot about him.
