They act like low info voters are more likely to know their former Congressmen’s name instead of seeing the clearly marked DEM in bold black letters on the ballot.

Except that Dem operatives have actually publicly said that they've canvassed a good number of Dems in the district who plan on voting for Mike Doyle (R) because "Mike Doyle has always been our Representative".
