Good to see McCollum - a not so stellar candidate - beating OMG MOST POPULAR THING IN FL SINCE TEH EPCOT CENTER!!! Sink in the Gubernatorial race.

1)According to the poll, among those who know her, Sink IS very popular.

2)You're a grown up now. Stop playing with strawmen.

Where are all of these people raving about Sink, Phil?  I think you need to take a chill pill Phil over this sink thing.  We both know this is a name recognition poll and we both know McCollum has far more of it.

I'm a constant presence in the Florida thread...and...I just don't remember seeing people going "OMG SINK" ever.  She's the most popular Democratic politician in the state, but that's it.

Exactly.
Once again Phil is putting up strawmen in order to mock those who disagree with him.
I too haven't read any post raving about Sink and claiming she is Crist-like popular.

Lunar, don't you know that Republicans never admit that they were wrong?
Apologies are for liberal sissies, not conservative manly men.

I don't want an apology, as I said.  I wanted to correct a repeated factual inaccuracy, but I guess all I do by requesting a correction is personal insults.

Sounds like Phil.

Thanks, px. It's about time people realized that.

I think the last two elections have shown that people have realized that long ago.

How about forming a hip-hop duo with Micheal Steele instead of running for the Senate?

Wow, she can't even talk. How the heck did she get elected to anything?

I have the same question about Michelle Bachmann.

I have a hard time imagining her actually writing bills and stuff

Imagine her drafting a bill along with Bachmann. Cool

It seems that the Wall Street Journal is now entering the fight against Crist with the usual Murdoch gusto:

Is anyone here who believes that calling Crist the "Republican Barney Frank" was a just a reference to his shaky fiscal conservative credentials?

It would be... but for anyone who is just reading the URL, note that this something Kos is wishing for and trying to make happen, and it is still nothing more than a dream...

I think the ones that are wishing and trying it to happen most are the right-wingers, like DeMint, Huckabee, Fox News and WSJ.

Isn't Bill Young like 500 years old? Why would he even run for a full term?

As if these people know when their time is up.

The only candidate being interviewed that really stands out is state rep Jennifer Carroll, for obvious reasons.

I don't think being dressed up as a lollipop qualifies you for the Senate.
