The fact that Obama makes some careful and common sense statements and the bros react in such a shrill and unhinged way says more about them than him.
These people are simply incapable of accepting the fact that there is such a thing as good faith criticism. Anyone who deviates from the dogma MUST be either corrupt or an idiot.

Of course, this is a perfectly reasonable (and correct) take. Just people trying to stir up trouble.

What Obama said is incidental for the alt-left. They just want an excuse to diminish him and his accomplishments because they think that this is the way to elevate their preferred candidate.

It was clear that Obama was a sh**tty President long before Bernie ran for President.

Spoken like a true teabagger.

Judging from the responses in this thread, I assume most people on here consider Obama to be an HP. Which I find to be a hilarious development. Perhaps most on here would have wished for Mitt Romney to be in office right now.

You understand that people like jfern are totally unrepresentative of the average Democratic voters who still have a 90%+ favorable opinion of Obama, right?

As judged by the posts in this thread, Obama's comments were very divisive indeed. Good luck Democrats!

If by divisive you mean they triggered the 1% of Democrats who think Obama is a failed president (and other assorted Jill Stein voters), indeed they were.

He wasn't. Not even close. He never occupied the space of Mike Gravel or Dennis Kucinich...or even John Edwards.

Ah yes, Dennis Kucinich. The left wing hero who became a Fox News Democrat, conspiracy crackpot, and Trump apologist.
And was of course endorsed by Saint Bernie's PAC.

Might wanna listen to the guy who won two presidential elections and left office with nearly 60 percent approval. I think he knows a little about how to win over the public.

Bernie bro response: OK BOOMER!!!
