Is there a chance Sanders could fall under the threshold and get Clinton to the magic number today?

Unlikely but not unheard of.
Bill Clinton got 95% in 1992 while Jerry Brown was still actively campaigning against him.

8 out of 335 precincts reporting

Clinton  1,333 votes 68.11%
Sanders  608 votes 31.07%

That's like watching paint dry.

So, there was a lady on CNN explaining why PR results are coming in slowly.

Couldn't hear her

They have no money so the votes are counted manually one by one.

So, has Puerto Rico just decided to stop counting?

They seem to be at 15% of precincts with Clinton leading 65/35.

No more results today. The Puerto Rico election commission took the day off.
