Stop with the condescension towards the Sanders supporters.
I see no reason for him to drop out when he is looking to win Wisconsin and close the gap in New York.

Now, I have no problem with Sanders continuing his campaign and bringing forth his message. Nor do I have any problems with his supporters working enthusiastically for him to win.

Reading comprehension is hard.

Seriously fellow democrats, the party really needs to come together and stop acting like republicans.

They are not acting anything close to the Republicans.
Not comparable at all !

To be fair, there are very few anti-Clinton right-wing smears the Sanders campaign hasn't embraced.
Maybe during the run-up to the New York primary we'll see ol' Bernie start talking about Vince Foster's murder.

Meh, 2008 was worse, hell 68 was more contentious as well.

I think this is worse than 2008.

Only because this time you're with the loser.

After the election, we need to abolish caucuses and make open primaries closed to stop the looney left from having another primary uprising.

Agreed. If anyone is so interested in voting in a primary he has to be registered to the respective party until the last day before the first primary takes place.
Only the states with no party registration might be exempt.

Please make sure you never work a day in your life in Democratic Party politics!

You should go and tell the same thing to kos because he holds the same positions.

You can't abolish open primaries as long as there are a significant amount of states that don't take party registration. In Virginia 'closed primary' would not be possible.

I deeply regret having to say this, but it appears that I was right all along. This really HAS gotten way out of hand and it is much worse than it ever was in 2008. Sanders and his supporters are the best chance that Trump has of winning the presidency.

Bernie didn't make Hillary be a sh**tty candidate.

So Sanders supporters are behaving like a bunch of mob enforcers because Hillary isn't a good candidate.
Got that.

You mean the part where he accused the Democratic of stealing from him the nomination?
Or the part where he denounced the "Bernie or Bust" nutjobs?

He never said the Democratic Party stole the nomination from him.

Then what's all this nonsense about the system being rigged and superdelegates, closed primaries, etc.?

Never said the system was rigged or even brought. Just said the he wasn't a fan of closed primaries and that the superdelegates should back him. Did we watch the same speech?

I'm haven't seen today's speech but the "rigged system" mantra has been constant for months now.
Also, the fact that the crowd chanted "Bernie or bust" and he just stood there and said nothing is more evidence that his vanity has clouded his judgment. The only thing missing was Terry McAulliffe to introduce him as the "next president of the United States of America".

Well, in three weeks (or possibly four), this will be over. Some of Sanders' most die-hard supporters might start a PUMA-like group, but it's not going to gain a lot of steam in an election where Donald Trump is the Republican. The negativity may seem strong this year, but it's largely a very vocal minority. It was worse on both sides in 2008.

Exactly, but don't let the Hillary Hacks know you think that.

2008 isn't an excuse for a candidate who claims to be progressive to refuse to condemn his supporters when they act like TRUMP's white supremacist thugs.
