My logic on the matter is that, barring a serious issue from one dangerous candidate (and I really think Trump is more a clown than a danger), you should vote your conscience. It's the candidate's job to convince you, so be open and think about it, and if they aren't appealing to you then vote for the person who represents your values.
You can call a vote for Johnson or Stein a wasted vote, but I can equally call a vote for Clinton or Trump a wasted vote; if people like me had voted for Gore Iraq wouldn't have happened, and if people like you had all voted for Nader maybe neither Iraq or Afghanistan would've happened.
That post is literally the biggest nonsense I've read the last few days.
If you want to rationalize not voting for Clinton in November you just failed spectacularly.
