Honestly, even if it's a bad year for Democrats, I still think Shapiro is the favorite. Barletta and Mastriano are relatively weak candidates and Shapiro is a very strong. I mean he even won Luzerne County last year, a feat which, despite the fact he probably won't repeat it, is quite remarkable.
