  I believe the vast majority of Trump voters would have voted for Kasich, or any other GOP nominee for that matter. I bring up the Kasich analogy as he kind of represents the opposite of Trump in terms of demeanor etc. I'm going to say somewhere around 90%, with others not voting, a small number voting for Hillary instead, and then a small chunk of Hillary voters going for him as well.
