I don't think Americans will vote out an incumbent President with a good economy and a lack of foreign threats.

Being president for a couple of months after the top of your ticket had to resign due to scandal doesn't quite qualify as a true "incumbent President".

I'm not doubting that Gore would lose, I just don't understand what the hell is going on with Missouri, Arkansas, Connecticut, and Vermont.
