People who are on the run for serious crimes/heavily involved in criminal activity typically don’t vote as they try to avoid interacting with the government as much as possible.
True, but interestingly, serial killers
do tend to have an interest in politics, and it’s bipartisan. Ted Bundy was actively involved in GOP politics; John Wayne Gacy was a Democratic precinct captain who infamously took a photo with Rosalyn Carter (and this was AFTER being first convicted of “a violent sex crime”).
