Seems like ever since the new year, there's been a bit of a drop-off in new maps being released and enacted. There are a lot of deadlines coming up in the next 2-3 weeks. However, Louisiana for example doesn't have to finish it's maps until July 22nd, and if the House doesn't have the votes to veto-override, seems like it could be quite an extended process. Florida also seems like it could take a while. I'm kind of going to be mad if Rhode Island or something decides to be annoying and hold out when every other state has their map.

Predictions about when we will have completed congressional redistricting nationally?

RI isn't going to be any hold out. The commission has narrowed it down to one straightforward and predictable map (2D-0R) and are now just going through the final motions before this least-change map becomes law.
