No one. I've found posters much worse than THG (BigSerg, Mr Reactionary - kind of, though he makes good points at times - deadprez) - and neither he and nor them have made it onto the list. On principle I intend to leave it empty, no matter how hackish, annoying or aggravating I may find a poster.

No I just have basic empathy for others and don't wanna give my polio-survivor grandmother a disease that could kill her.

You shut your mouth. No one wants to give your grandmother a disease. We have vaccines now in case you didn't know. What do you propose we do? Imprison people in their rooms until the virus is eradicated? Which is literally impossible!

That's how you talk and then you wonder why you end up on an ignore list. Fetterman my beloved (love the screen name by the way) may be being somewhat dramatic or hyperbolic, but he deserves respect and not to be told to 'shut [his] mouth' because you have a problem with his caring about COVID19 and wanting to ensure the safety of his grandmother. I'm sure nobody wants to give his grandmother a disease, but guess what, it's spread from Person A to Person B even if Person A is vaccinated and doesn't want to give the disease to Person B. And I'm sure he's not in favour of 'imprison[ing] people in their rooms'. This post of yours is just terrible. And because you said it - the 'truth about COVID'19 is that it's spreading quickly, even amongst the vaccinated, and seniors - particularly those with conditions - are at risk. The truth is that while we do need to carefully open up, it absolutely makes sense for certain people to remain extra cautious, and that's what he was saying. If you have a problem with that, your opinion isn't needed on this subject.

Primadonna Socialist

It's Scarlet, a trans poster with very left-wing views (socialist, she calls herself) from AZ.
Used to write absolutely terrible posts - but then she was like 15 or so. She left and came back some time back, and her posting has improved significantly (though she does write objectively cringe posts at times). It's possible you put her on her ignore list back when she used to write terrible posts, and haven't taken her off since. If that is the case, you'd be best served to see some of her posts and reevaluate your judgement of her - since, and on this opponents and supporters of her can agree, her posting has improved considerably from her earlier stint.

Anyway - nobody. Ignore lists just don't work for me - it's more symbolic than anything else, since whenever I see a "Hidden Post" - just a large empty box with a cryptic and mysterious "This post is hidden" message in the middle I end up clicking the "Show" button anyway (like how if a sign says "Don't open this door" or "Don't press this button" or "Don't open this box," you're likelier to do it). When I did have it, though, the only 2 people ever on it were two thoroughly nonsensical and terrible posters - xenophobic nativist (and troll) BG-NY, and total idiot and far-right "populist" hack (with truly some of the most WRONG election predictions I've seen - such as, IIRC, saying Kemp was in danger in the GOP primary in 2022) Pieman.

I've never had primadonna socialist as a screenname.

Oh...my mistake. For some reason I thought you were Primadonna Socialist -probably because you both have S avatars - but no, it's not you, it's iBizziBee (S-TX), a fellow very left-wing LGBT Socialist poster from the southwest.
