Sounds fun. Just to clarify, this is a Gore wins in 2000 Timeline, correct?

Because it could be a Gore in '88, '92, '04, or '08 aswell. Geez, that poor schmuck has been around for a while.

To change the least from reality I would say that the Supreme Court allows the recount to continue (either Kennedy or O'Connor flip). Then Gore narrowly wins.

Also, NiK, I volunteer to do congressional elections as I have already done my own research and feel quite good about how certain races would change with Bush not being President.
