Lets see if Nutter takes a shot at this, it is his seat if he wants it. He would most certainly clear any primary.
I very much doubt this. Nutter is one of the most unpopular mayors in America. He can't win a head to head primary. The vote will have to become incredibly diluted or he'd have to face just Milton Street again. Abraham is sadly too old probably and coming off an extremely horrendous result. I'll have to give some thought about who might run later, but hopefully anyone.
Of course, Fattah may very well just win anyway. Fattah vs. Nutter would be quite the election.
I'm a fan of Butkovitz, but I'm frankly not sure where his residence is - not that that has stopped people before (Arizona 2014 most recently). I highly, highly doubt he is in CD2, and he may be a Longshot there anyway
