He's running the government like a business. Should appeal greatly to both poor overweight Southerners who love eating and elite Wall Street fat (no pun intended) cats.
He's also only spending only 2/3 of what the max permitted so maybe there is some fiscal conservatism in there too!
He's obviously spending this money wine-and-dining business into New Jersey (or so you'd hope) so non-issue at the end of the day. Media trying to tear down a pretty strong candidate.
