Stealing an author's words isn't "drawing inspiration". It's theft. If he wanted to say those words in his speech, he should've attributed them to the original author.

I'm seeing this now too.

So he recycled his material word for word then. He put as much effort in this speech as Trump has put in his whole campaign.

It's more similar to when Obama had permission and used Deval Patrick's words. Yet still, this is not good optics after Monday night.

This is so simple. And not too hard. Even a Trump should be able to do that.

They were born with silver spoons in their mouths and expect everything to be handed to them. If they want to take words from other people, it's their right!
